Oliver Askia, a 25-year-old DJ and hookah shop owner from the Bronx, New York, was tragically shot and killed on November 30, 2019. The incident occurred outside the Krystal Bar & Lounge on University Avenue near Featherbed Lane in the Morris Heights neighborhood.
