On July 4, 2021, Mamadou Bah, a 22-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident. The incident occurred at approximately 4:10 AM in front of 866 E. 172nd Street, within the confines of the 42nd Precinct. Police responded to a 911 call reporting the shooting and found two male victims at the scene.
