D'Andre Damian McLean, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 23, 2021, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Tartan Court, off Rama Road. According to reports, officers from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department were called to the scene around 6:50 a.m. Upon arrival, they found D'Andre Damian McLean slumped over inside a vehicle, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
