In the late afternoon of August 30, 2022, a tragedy unfolded in Klamath Falls, Oregon, ending the life of Shannon Renee Cobillas-Graham, a 41-year-old Caucasian female. Emergency services were summoned to a residence on Clovis Drive at 5:55 PM following a report that a woman had been shot.
