On June 29, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in Klamath Falls, Oregon, resulting in the deaths of two teenage sisters, 19-year-old Aleeka Qualls and 14-year-old Zion Qualls. The sisters were shot and killed at their home on North Hills Drive after their father, Tashka Qualls, a well-known tattoo artist and a tribal citizen of the Klamath Tribes, discovered 20-year-old Elijah Albert Qinkade Croy hiding in a bedroom.
