In the early morning hours of Sunday, January 11, 2026, the life of 20-year-old Trevohn Maleek Marshall was tragically cut short in a shooting on Interstate 77 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Just after midnight, gunfire erupted near the Remount Road exit, leaving Marshall with a life-threatening gunshot wound. Two other individuals in the vehicle with Marshall were also struck by bullets and sustained serious injuries.
