Andrew Grafal, a 30-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on June 23, 2020. The incident occurred in the courtyard of the Williamsburg Houses, a public housing project in Brooklyn. Grafal was fatally shot in the chest and abdomen during a confrontation with three men on motorcycles.
