Cedrick Black, a 34-year-old resident of Staten Island, New York, tragically lost his life on September 15, 2020. He was attending a memorial gathering for another individual who had been killed the previous day. During this gathering, Cedrick was shot twice in the chest on Jersey Street and Crescent Avenue in the New Brighton neighborhood.
