Raquan Jenkins, a 25-year-old resident of Staten Island, New York, tragically lost his life on December 14, 2015. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at the intersection of Tompkins and Vanderbilt avenues. Jenkins was fatally shot, and a 17-year-old male was also injured in the same shooting.
