On February 16, 2023, at approximately 11:55 p.m., emergency services responded to a 911 call reporting a male shot inside a residence near Thompson Street and Bay Street in Staten Island, New York. Upon arrival, authorities discovered 15-year-old Steven Estevez with a gunshot wound to his head. He was transported to Richmond University Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
