Barry Moultrie, a 35-year-old father of five, was tragically shot and killed on July 22, 2020, at the corner of Barker Street and Castleton Avenue in the Port Richmond section of Staten Island, New York. The incident occurred around 11:30 a.m. when police were called to the scene and found Moultrie with a gunshot wound to the chest. Despite being rushed to Richmond University Medical Center, he could not be saved. Witnesses reported hearing a gunshot and seeing Moultrie lying in a pool of blood. ...Read More
