Luis Ramirez, a 24-year-old resident of Staten Island, New York, was tragically shot to death on April 28, 2021. The incident occurred in the attic apartment of his home on Palmer Avenue in the Elm Park neighborhood. Police responded to the scene around 3:55 p.m. and found Ramirez with a gunshot wound to the chest. Despite being rushed to Richmond University Medical Center, he succumbed to his injuries.
