Carlos Alfonso, a 23-year-old resident of Staten Island, New York, tragically passed away on September 3, 2019. His death was the result of a violent incident that occurred late on the night of September 2, 2019. Alfonso was found with multiple gunshot wounds to the head on the Slosson Avenue exit ramp of the Staten Island Expressway.
