Robert Noble, a 57-year-old man from El Paso, Texas, tragically died on April 9, 2019, from a gunshot wound to the chest. The incident occurred outside his home in the 5100 block of Raymond Telles Drive near Hondo Pass. Noble was involved in a drug deal with a teenager named Aerious Neko Rutledge, 17, who allegedly shot him without provocation. Noble's girlfriend and another woman present at the scene identified Rutledge as the shooter.
