Carlos Marquez, a 46-year-old man from El Paso, Texas, tragically died on November 21, 2014. The circumstances surrounding his death involved a fatal shooting incident that occurred outside the home of Gabriel Chavez, a 68-year-old man. According to reports, Marquez and Chavez had been involved in an argument that escalated when Chavez refused to give Marquez money to buy drugs. The altercation led to Chavez retrieving a handgun and shooting Marquez twice, ultimately resulting in Marquez's death ...
