Joseph Evans, a 22-year-old resident of Staten Island, New York, was tragically shot and killed on December 19, 2020. The incident occurred around 4:50 p.m. near the intersection of Cebra Avenue and Victory Boulevard in the Tompkinsville neighborhood.
