Joseph Evans, a 22-year-old resident of Staten Island, New York, was tragically shot and killed on December 19, 2020. The incident occurred around 4:50 p.m. near the intersection of Cebra Avenue and Victory Boulevard in the Tompkinsville neighborhood. Evans was standing on the street when an assailant approached him and opened fire without warning. He was struck multiple times in the head, back, and arm.
