On a cold January evening in 2015, a man named Marcos Huallpa, aged 46, was fatally shot in the torso while inside his car. The incident occurred around 10:15 p.m. on January 20th, outside of 188 Sand Lane in the South Beach neighborhood of Staten Island, New York. Huallpa, a resident of Queens, was rushed to Staten Island University Hospital North, where he was pronounced dead.
