Vincent Malik Witt, a 20-year-old resident of Staten Island, New York, tragically lost his life on April 14, 2020. Vincent was fatally shot in the head during the afternoon while he was on Park Hill Avenue near Sobel Court in the Clifton neighborhood. The incident occurred just before 4 p.m., and Vincent managed to stumble about a block to Bowen Street before collapsing.
