A 30-year-old man, David Pena, was fatally shot in the torso on a Staten Island street corner in the late hours of December 10, 2019. The shooting occurred near Union Avenue and Post Avenue in the Mariners Harbor neighborhood. Responding to a 911 call, police discovered Pena wounded at the scene. He was quickly transported to Richmond University Medical Center in West Brighton, where he was pronounced dead.
