On March 25, 2023, 26-year-old Quamane Nathan Rogers, known as "Qua," was fatally shot in the face on Park Hill Avenue near Sobel Court in the Clifton neighborhood of Staten Island, New York. The incident occurred around 2:50 p.m., and Rogers was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency responders.
