Death by Force

John Pena Sr., a 53-year-old resident of Staten Island, New York, was tragically killed on November 28, 2022. The incident occurred outside the Stapleton Houses, where Pena was approached by two men and became embroiled in a heated argument. During the confrontation, one of the men pulled out a gun and opened fire, striking Pena in the upper chest. Despite attempting to return fire, Pena succumbed to his injuries and was later pronounced dead at Richmond University Medical Center.
