On a Tuesday afternoon, September 28, 2021, Folarin Emmanuel Adegbenro, a 30-year-old male, was fatally shot in the chest on South Avenue, just a short distance from his home in the Mariner's Harbor neighborhood of Staten Island, New York. The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m., and despite being rushed to Richmond University Medical Center, he succumbed to his injuries.
