On the evening of April 29, 2021, a dispute in the Morrisania neighborhood of the Bronx escalated into a fatal act of violence that claimed the life of 32-year-old Ramel Moore. At approximately 9:20 p.m., in front of an apartment building at 1229 Franklin Avenue, Moore was shot multiple times in the torso.
