Edward Campbell, a 40-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, was tragically shot and killed on June 6, 2021. The incident occurred at approximately 2:14 a.m. inside his apartment on Tiebout Avenue in the Fordham Heights neighborhood. Campbell was reportedly spending time with friends when an assailant entered the apartment and shot him once in the torso. Despite being rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital, Campbell succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
