Anthony Rios, a 38-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, was tragically murdered on July 25, 2021. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:28 AM, when police responded to a call reporting a shooting opposite 589 E. 164th Street, within the confines of the 42nd Precinct.
