Bismal Galard Martinez

In the Bronx, a 30-year-old man, Bismal Galard Martinez, was found deceased in his Mount Eden Parkway apartment. The discovery was made by his cousin, with whom he shared the residence. She found him unconscious on the kitchen floor and immediately called for help.
