Frederick Afoakwah, a 21-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, tragically died on April 21, 2019, from a gunshot wound to the neck. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 5:30 a.m., in the living room of his family's apartment on W. Mosholu Parkway South.
