Aboubacar Biro Dramé, a 32-year-old Guinean man, was shot and killed in the Wakefield section of the Bronx on a Tuesday in April 2023. Dramé was peacefully sitting outside his residence on Hill Avenue when two armed men approached him, leading to a heated verbal dispute.
