Francisco "Frank" Restitullo, aged 43, was tragically killed on March 9, 2014, in the Bronx, New York. The incident occurred inside an apartment on East 187th Street. According to investigators, Restitullo was lured into the apartment by Jose Feliciano, who then shot him five times, including a fatal shot to the back of the head. The motive behind the murder appeared to be robbery, as Feliciano fled the scene with Restitullo's wallet and jeans.
