In the winter of 2021, a sixteen-year-old male named Kahlik Grier was tragically killed in a shooting inside his Bronx apartment building. On the night of January 11th, Grier was returning to his family's apartment after visiting a friend on another floor. At the same time, a dispute on the ninth floor escalated into gunfire, with a gunman shooting and wounding two men.
