In the winter of 1980, the life of a young woman named Priscilla Wilson was tragically cut short in Virginia Beach, Virginia. A 17-year-old Black female, Priscilla was last seen on the afternoon of December 3rd, getting into a vehicle after being dropped off by her school bus near Carver Avenue in the Friendship Village neighborhood.
