A woman is discovered dead due to blunt force trauma in her apartment
On April 22, 1983, the body of 55-year-old Hazel Williams was discovered in her apartment on Virginia Beach Boulevard, Virginia Beach. Investigators determined that she had been killed by blunt force trauma. Her last known sighting was earlier that same day, when she was seen walking in the area of 17th and 18th Streets. Williams lived alone at the time of her death, and there were no immediate signs pointing to a suspect.
