A woman is discovered dead due to blunt force trauma in her apartment On a Friday in late April of 1983, the quiet life of a Virginia Beach woman came to a tragic and violent end. Hazel Williams, a 55-year-old Black female, was discovered deceased in her apartment located in the 800 block of Virginia Beach Boulevard on April 22nd.
