A woman is found naked, stabbed to death in her home
On October 9, 1980, Patsy Bray Cowan, a 50-year-old real estate agent, was brutally murdered in her home in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Earlier that day, she attended a picnic hosted by a local builder in Chesapeake, Virginia, where future development plans were announced.
