A woman is stabbed to death in a parking garage
On May 20, 1991, 69-year-old Rita Roy was found brutally stabbed in a parking garage at the Center of New Hampshire in Manchester. The attack occurred around 11:30 a.m., and she was discovered near the elevator on the top level of the garage. Despite immediate medical attention, Roy succumbed to her injuries at the hospital.
