A woman is stabbed to death in a parking garage On a seemingly ordinary morning in Manchester, New Hampshire, the life of a beloved grandmother was tragically cut short in a shocking act of violence. Rita Roy, a 69-year-old Caucasian/White female, was brutally attacked on May 20, 1991. The incident occurred around 11:26 a.m. in the Center of NH parking garage located at 700 Elm Street.
