Jerome Edwin Turner, a 57-year-old resident of Washington, D.C., passed away on April 16, 2014, after a prolonged battle with lung cancer. He is survived by his devoted wife, Deborah J. Turner; daughter, Chelsea; sons, Spencer and Stanford; one brother; and four sisters. A memorial service was held on April 26, 2014, at the Fifteenth Street Presbyterian Church in Washington, D.C.
