In the late morning hours of a Tuesday in the nation's capital, tragedy struck for a young man from the Southeast quadrant of the city. On October 17, 2023, at approximately 11:55 a.m., 24-year-old Raequan Williamson, a male resident of Washington, D.C., was found inside a vehicle in the 4100 block of East Capitol Street, Northeast.
