Wayne Washington, a 25-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on August 7, 2021. The incident occurred around 11:20 p.m. on Pennsylvania Avenue near Riverdale Avenue in East New York. Wayne was shot in the chest outside a two-story brick building.
