Russel Hazelton, a 29-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on September 16, 2021, in a violent shootout. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 5:15 a.m., on Lewis Avenue in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood.
