The 38-year-old man from Warren, Ohio left home in the deep hours before dawn on Monday, May 19, 2025, and within minutes gunfire shattered the quiet around West Market Street and Southern Boulevard. Police arrived around 3 a.m. to find a vehicle and, inside, the body of Norman Allen Miller, a 38-year-old male.
