John Paul Kellar, a 41-year-old male from Warren, OH, tragically lost his life on December 2, 2016. The incident occurred at his home on Stephens Avenue Northwest in Warren. Kellar was shot twice in the chest by Shawn Hope, who then proceeded to kidnap Kellar's fiancée, Tabitha Powell, and her roommate, Alicia Binion. Powell managed to escape, but Binion was held captive for ten days before she was able to flee and lead police to Hope.
