Reginald "Reggie" D. Scrivens Jr., a 30-year-old African American man from Warren, Ohio, tragically passed away on September 2, 2019. He was found deceased at 10:32 p.m. on Francis Street in Warren, and the Trumbull County Medical Examiner’s Office determined his death was caused by multiple gunshot wounds, ruling it a homicide.
