Death by Force

On November 17, 2023, in Brooklyn, New York, 26-year-old Gustavo Devora Acevedo was fatally shot alongside his mother, 43-year-old Rosa Acevedo. The incident occurred around 7 p.m. at their residence on Louisiana Avenue in East New York. Police responding to a 911 call discovered both victims with multiple gunshot wounds.
