Wayne Lasontant, a 23-year-old resident of Brooklyn, NY, was tragically shot and killed on September 12, 2020. The incident occurred at the Ingersoll Houses, a NYCHA complex in Fort Greene. Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots around 6 p.m. and found Lasontant lying on the ground, bleeding profusely.
