Adrian Carter, a 16-year-old male from West Sacramento, California, was fatally shot on April 30, 2025. The incident occurred at Summerfield Park in the early afternoon, around 1:55 p.m., when officers responded to reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, law enforcement found Adrian Carter suffering from gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries the following morning.
