Kyle Van De Water, a 41-year-old resident of Millbrook and Poughkeepsie, New York, passed away unexpectedly on September 7, 2021. Van De Water, a former congressional candidate and U.S. Army veteran, was found dead at the Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery. His death has been ruled a suicide by authorities, who believe he died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
