Noel McClinton, a 35-year-old resident of Poughkeepsie, NY, tragically passed away on January 27, 2018. He was shot multiple times outside the Exempt Fireman's Association club on Mansion Street in Poughkeepsie. Despite being rushed to Mid Hudson Regional Hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
