Cain Smalls, a 29-year-old resident of Poughkeepsie, New York, tragically lost his life on April 17, 2022. The incident occurred in the early hours of Easter Sunday, around 3:56 a.m., when the City of Poughkeepsie 911 received calls reporting a shooting outside Noah's Ark, a neighborhood bar located at 135 Mill Street.
