Death by Force

Paul Kutz, a 53-year-old father from East Northport, Long Island, tragically lost his life on October 2, 2022, in Poughkeepsie, New York. Kutz was in town to attend a family weekend at Marist College, where one of his three sons was studying. On that fateful day, he was in the lobby of the Courtyard by Marriott hotel when gunfire erupted. Kutz, an innocent bystander, was caught in the crossfire and fatally shot.
