Death by Force

Jessica Loverdi-Finister, a 20-year-old woman from Sauk Village, Illinois, was fatally shot on July 22, 2018, in the parking lot of an LA Fitness gym located at 17365 Torrence Avenue in Lansing, Illinois. The incident occurred shortly after midnight during an altercation in the parking lot. Jessica Loverdi-Finister was transported to Franciscan Health Chicago Heights by a friend, where she succumbed to her injuries.
