In the spring of 2018, the life of a young man was cut tragically short in Marietta, Georgia. Shawn Footman, a 23-year-old male, was discovered deceased in his apartment on Franklin Gateway on the morning of Friday, April 27, 2018. The cause of his untimely death was a fatal gunshot wound. Authorities were immediately alerted and began an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
